answer the following questions for each goal you want to achieve. it is better to tick the empty box after answering its related question,

1. Specific 

• What do you want to accomplish? 
• Is this goal important? describe the importance! 
• are you the only one involved?
• locate this goal on your milestone roadmap.
• do you have the assets to achieve it? or do you have any limitations to achieve it?

2. Measurable 

• How much does it cost? or consume time? 
• How many people do you need to achieve it? 
• How will you consider it as accomplished? 

3. Achievable 

• How are you going to accomplish this goal? 
• financially, How realistic is the goal?

4. Relevant 

• Is it valuable and worth the effort?
• is it the right time to start working on this goal? 
• Does it match your current skills/efforts/needs/wants? 
• are you the right person to achieve this goal?
• Is it applicable in the current socio-economic environment? 

5. Time-bound 

• When are you going to start accomplishing this goal? 
• What can be done after a period of (days/weeks/months/years) from now? 
• What can you do today for that goal?
• instead of this goal, what is your priority goal?
